SoloVoyage aims for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our AI-generated travel itinerary service, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund review.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following circumstances:
• Technical Download Issues: You were unable to download your travel itinerary due to technical problems on our end, with valid proof of the issue (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
• Service Not Delivered: Your AI travel itinerary was not generated or delivered within the promised timeframe
• Major Quality Issues: The generated itinerary contains significant errors or doesn't match your specified requirements
• Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same itinerary request
• System Failures: Our platform experienced technical difficulties that prevented successful completion of your order
Important: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your original purchase date. Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for processing.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:
• You successfully downloaded and accessed your travel itinerary
• Change of mind or travel plans after successful delivery
• Minor preferences or subjective dissatisfaction with AI recommendations
• Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase
• Normal variations in AI-generated content that still meet the service requirements
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Gather your order confirmation email, transaction ID, and any evidence of the issue
Step 2: Email support@solo-travel.in with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]"
Step 3: Include:
- Your full name and email address used for purchase
- Order/Transaction ID
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Supporting documentation (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
- Proof that you were unable to download the itinerary (if applicable)
We will review your request within 2 business days and respond with our decision.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Once your refund is approved:
• Processing Time: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3-4 working days
• Credit/Debit Cards: 3-4 working days
• Digital Wallets: 2-3 working days
• Bank Transfers: 3-4 working days
You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed successfully.
5. Additional Information
• All refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
• Partial refunds may be considered in cases where the service was partially delivered
• We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our eligibility criteria
• Fraudulent refund requests may result in account suspension
